Revision Planning

This is an example of a draft by someone who takes the revision process seriously. The paper was a second draft turned into me for comments, which are in green. Jason has gone through and marked which comments he wants to use, and which he won't. He has also marked passages he thinks should be eliminated, those that need work, and what changes he plans to make. Doing this kind of planning shows a willingness to do major revision, and results in a lot of improvement.
